I ordered some toothbrushes (don't laugh!!) over the internet, but seriously I haven't received them yet

I rang them and they told me they've been posted out, but I haven't got them yet. I ordered them a week ago today and paid over the internet. They're toothbrushes specially designed my for dental problem. What do I do?
Is it too soon to ask for a refund?
